- Been a customer using PAD since 2005 and was sent monthly statements
- Changed banks in 2013, did miss payments during transition, Veridian would no longer take PAD
- Since 2013 not one bill has been mailed to us by Veridian
- They periodically hand deliver a cut off notice, with a 30$ charge for delivery
- Repeated requests for mailed statements have been ignored
-Last cut off notice was for a balance of less than one month overdue
-Unable to access Veridian online account to see balance owing
- We pay 150-200 monthly, despite never knowing exact balance owing
